Editorial Policy

The rules we hold ourselves to, written down so you can hold us to them as well.

By The GetProstadine.sale Editorial DeskPublished Last updated

1. Claims and evidence are kept separate

Every substantive assessment on this site distinguishes three things: what the manufacturer or product materials say, what published research shows about the relevant ingredient, and what can reasonably be concluded from both. These appear visually separated so you can see which is which without reading carefully for hedging language.

2. Uncertainty is disclosed, not filled in

When information is not available — a dosage, a manufacturer identity, a testing certificate — we write that it is not clearly disclosed. We do not estimate, infer or borrow a number from a similar product to make a table look complete.

3. No fabricated experience or expertise

We do not claim to have tested the product. We do not run invented 30-day or 90-day trials. We do not publish testimonials we cannot verify, star ratings we did not measure, or reviewer profiles with credentials we do not hold. We employ no medical professionals and say so plainly.

4. Health claims are constrained

This is health content, and the standard is stricter as a result. We do not state or imply that a dietary supplement cures, treats or prevents any disease, including benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis or prostate cancer. We do not advise anyone to stop, reduce or delay prescribed treatment. We recommend professional evaluation for persistent or serious urinary symptoms.

5. Sourcing

Research claims are sourced to peer-reviewed literature or authoritative public health bodies, with randomised controlled trials and systematic reviews preferred over laboratory or animal work. Sources are listed at the foot of each research page and linked where a public record exists. Product details are attributed to the product information reviewed, with the date of review stated.

6. Commercial relationships

We earn affiliate commissions from purchases made through our links. Commercial considerations do not determine our conclusions: no advertiser, merchant or network reviews our content before publication, and we publish criticism of the product we monetise. Our affiliate disclosure sets out the arrangement in full.

7. Conversion practices we refuse

  • Countdown timers, fake stock counters or invented deadlines.
  • Implied endorsements from organisations that have not endorsed.
  • Price claims we cannot verify, including “lowest price”.
  • Interstitials or dark patterns that obscure the informational content.
  • A call to action after every paragraph.

8. Updates and corrections

Pages carry a published date and a last-updated date. We revise content when product information changes, when new research is published, or when a reader identifies an error. Substantive corrections are made in place and the update date is changed. Report an error through the contact page.

9. Independence

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the manufacturer or distributor of Prostadine, and it is not the former GetProstadine.com website. See about this publication and our research methodology.
